1. Shipping Destinations:

Japan Shipping

- Price: USD 10 (7–15 business days without tracking by Hong Kong Post Air Mail)
- Price: USD 14 (7–15 business days with tracking by Hong Kong Post Air Mail)
- Price: USD 25 (3-7 business days with tracking by SF Express E-Parcel)

Taiwan Shipping

- Price: USD 8 (5–12 business days without tracking by Hong Kong Post Air Mail)
- Price: USD 12 (5–12 business days with tracking by Hong Kong Post Air Mail)
- Price: USD 20 (3-5 business days with tracking by SF Express E-Parcel)

USA Shipping

- Price: USD 12 (10–20 business days without tracking by Hong Kong Post Air Mail)
- Price: USD 20 (10–20 business days with tracking by Hong Kong Post Air Mail)
- Price: USD 45 (5-10 business days with tracking by SF Express E-Parcel)

Europe Shipping

- Price: USD 15 (10–25 business days without tracking by Hong Kong Post Air Mail)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. All prices are in US Dollars (USD), and currency conversion may apply depending on your payment method.

HK Shipping

- Price: HKD 10.00 (0.5kg) HK Post counter or iPostal Station Collection
- Price: HKD 25.00 (2.0kg) 7-Eleven Collection
- Price: HKD 77 (1.0kg) HK Post local parcels delivered within 2 working days

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • We ship in biodegradable mailbags and recyclable boxes.


4. Customs and Import Fees

  • International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For more information, contact your local customs authority. We cannot declare lower values or mark items as gifts to avoid fees, as this violates international trade laws.

5. Order Tracking

  • Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
  • For free shipping or certain destinations, tracking may not be available. Contact us at hi@greenroomselect.com if you have concerns about your order’s status.

6. Issues with Your Shipment

  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipment, contact us at [support email]. We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution swiftly.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
  • Proof of damage or error is required for claims.

7. Restricted Items and Destinations

  • Certain products (e.g., batteries, aerosols, or oversized goods) may have shipping restrictions due to international regulations. Restrictions will be noted at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted destinations or for restricted items, with a full refund issued.
